Thrive IQ is structured around a phased, multi-year model designed to translate deep legal and economic research into a nationwide agency framework. Phase 1: Legal & Regional Case Studies (Current Phase) Conducting comparative policy research and expert interviews across Michigan and Georgia to map workforce retention barriers and re-entry gaps. Phase 2: Agency & Digital Platform Development Partnering with local city, town, and county officials to test our agency model, which will ultimately be powered by a dedicated AI application designed to streamline workforce retention and placement operations. Phase 3: Multi-State Agency Rollout Packaging our proven framework and AI platform into a scalable model for municipal leaders and state workforce boards nationwide.

Thrive IQ is a registered nonprofit corporation in the State of Michigan. Application for IRS 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status is currently pending. Contributions made during this pending period will be tax-deductible retroactively upon receiving our official determination letter.
